Incredibly poor school
Kitebrook is an incredibly pretty and superficially appealing school but its internal reality is dreadful. We had an appalling experience at KB. Terrible protocols, zero infrastructure and the school is painfully disorganised. Non existent pastoral care and inefficient SL. The headteacher is weak-he doesn’t bother to get to know any of the children and is far more concerned with outward optics and numbers rather than the actual pupils and day to day running. There is a dreadful air of unprofessionalism; undocumented workers, teaching assistants acting as lead teachers and constant loss of teachers. And the headteacher and deputy engaging in a personal relationship is the epitome of unprofessional. It really couldn’t get much worse. So much falls through the cracks I dread to think what will happen next.
