My experience of KESH was appalling in all honesty. Both me and my older sister were bullied and teachers done nothing about it. They didn't give any extra support for subjects I was struggling in and when COVID hit and we were put into lockdowns, barely any work was set. It brought down my motivation and drive for education and ended up struggling in my first year of Sixth form college. The food was also overpriced for what was there and often made me feel unwell. So I tended to stay away from it, either bringing my own food or going without lunch on days I forgot my sandwiches. When it came to leaving, no one casually was told which specific day they would finish. We only found out at 8pm on the evening of the day we finished and I hadn't even gone in on thay day due to being ill. If I had known thay was my last day, I would have attended. Another point I wish to add is that they are very gender strict when it comes to the uniform, especially the girls. They recently had an alteration to the girls blazers to not have the red stripe down the collar. They are very inconsiderate of children's wellbeing and health in summer and get told to keep the blazers on (you may have read a story of a boy who got sent home for wearing shorts and another for boy taking his blazer off).

The school was unable to manage the bullying of wither me or my sister. The building was poorly maintained and they handled the Covid situation badly.
A friend was supposed to her a 7 in art but was only given a 4
Do not send your child here if you want them to get absolutely bullied!! Disgraceful behaviour from the students here as one of them abused my daughter. I also got called bad slurs by the students in year 9!
Do not send your child here unless you want them to be bullied to the extreme the facilities are amazing but the students here are not worth the risk for good facilities.many people find this out.
