will give you depression

the teachers claim that JSTC is a safe place for there students. For the 3 years that I attendant JSTC, I was picked on by almost everybody in the school and all the teachers did was sit on there fat asses and drink coffee while students like me consider committing self harm (this isn't a joke, this is something I really did)

Terrible

The teachers are very rude and the school doesn't help students with mental health or bullying in my opinion about the school is that they don't care about you and I don't recommend this school

I don't think it's awful

I don't think the school is that bad, but I do think there are stuff it could improve on. There's alot of bullying that isn't dealt with properly and sometimes there are teachers who can be a bit rude. Its weird cuz the school wants respect towards its teachers, when arguably there isn't enough for the students. Plus the year 11 pastoral team is crap.

Needs to change

don’t recommend this. Don’t consider mental health or the fact that year 11 is under a lot of stress and pressure , don’t handle bullying in a good manor and foods shit, barely and healthy meals and serve the same meal every day. Staff at the school are rude and the way some lessons are taught haven’t helped me learn anything at all. also how they did a nine school uniform day for mental health and raised money for it to go and take half of it for “prizes” needs sorting out 100%

Such a shit school, makes you feel nothing better about yourself. Don’t bother having any interest in going here unless you want to end up with some problem:)

_____

This school doesn't talk about mental health enough and some of the teachers claim that they're going to help you and then forget about you after and never do what they say they're going to do to help you. The school host mental health awareness days and then turns out they have took half the money raised for the school for the school which is disgusting. They remember to tell you off about missing homework or talking in class but don't remember how shit you feel. Luckily there is other staff that has helped me and have arranged things to help me.
