Hi, we have used the services of Immaculate Tots for three years, staring at 1 year old. For three years, the child was given an excellent care, learning skills for life, numbers, new words, etc. He had a contact with other languages, at 4 yo he could speak a little Spanish, whilst being raised bilingual in English and his native language.
He was returned from the nursery clean, changed, and fed, and there was all necessary advice available for the first-time parents. Before COVID pandemic, there was a Nativity play, and the parents could engage in some activities - you never felt cut off from the child's life in the nursery! The staff was friendly and professional, and the methods used to keep the group both entertained and disciplined seemed advantageous for both kids and parents. Hours were always flexible, adjusted to our needs.
Online updates were thorough, secure, and informative. The environment was interesting, the place is very clean, and the toys and crafts are educational and of good quality. Honestly, I cannot fault this business, and I would recommend Immaculate Tots to all.
Children are left unsupervised resulting in serious injuries. Constant staff turn over, no regular manager in place, staff not fully aware of safeguarding issues and whilst they try their best, it's difficult for the staff as they are not fully supported by the owners. CCTV in place which is supposed to protect the children and staff, but used outside of the setting to spy on everyone. This contravenes every safeguarding, privacy and GDPR regulations. Have reported to Ofsted.
