Heron Way is a pretty great school to be honest. There's good resources around the school, good tech and all sorts of things that you wouldn't think of having in a primary school but really are good. It's quite a nice design as well, especially the newer areas around the library and younger years' classrooms. I mean some areas look kinda horrible but, oh well.
The people there are pretty nice too, at least in my experience. I had a nice group of friends, and everyone was very friendly there, even the teachers. I only recall one count of bullying, but even that was quickly sorted.
There's a good amount of extra-curricular activity on offer as well. Whether you're into sport, the perfoming arts, or even learning a whole new language, there's something for you.
They also teach quite advanced stuff for the age of the students, but in a way that made it perfectly understandable to even the least-abled students. These high-level lessons still always managed to be fun and entertaining as well (apart from grammar class. I hated grammar lessons.)
This school set me up amazingly for secondary school, and has pushed me far beyond what I thought I was capable of.
All in all, I loved being a student at this school, and have very few bad memories of this place. It's a lovely school, and a lovely community. I miss Heron Way.
