The pre-school is very dated and does not appear to have moved with the times. The outside space is uninspiring and does not take the childrens' interests into consideration. There doesn't appear to be any continuous provision outside to stretch and challenge childrens' thinking. They very rarely have the opportinity to get out into the extensive grounds and woodlands. Forest school should be attended on a weekly basis but doesn't take place. The children spend a lot of time indoors. The resources available inside pre-school do not foster independence or encourage curiosity.
