Hosca and the school are not linked tother but share the same playground. Hosca is non profit organisation so maybe that's why alot of issues concerning staff are missed out.
The staff do they best to look after the children.
The children have alot of activities and toys to play with, but some are restricted like the paints, the games in the cupboard, doll houses and musical instruments. The manager doesn't have concern about the staffs health, not allowing staff to be off work even when they are sick. Rules change on a daily basis. There is diversity but not equality. Alot of staff have leaft because of unfairness from manager, that is also my reason for leaving.
It is good that hosca is available for all schools to attend in the holidays.
