I was warned about working at a Harris school prior to accepted the role, and should’ve listened.
Micromanagement galore, with a dictatorial leadership who are more concerned with outcomes and ‘keeping up appearances' rather than the wellbeing of their stakeholders.
The school may be graded 'outstanding' for some reason, but the quality of teaching and learning is nowhere near. Students constantly undermine teachers and teachers constantly undermine eachother.
I wouldn't work for a Harris school again, let alone send my child there!
