Not all children are treated the same by all staff, this needs to change. It's not overtly shown but you can tell some staffs' way of conduct towards some children are different. The pupils who require extra support are not shown it and aren't included as much as possible in various classroom activities. They too require stimulation and an enhanced learning environment. Thus, staff need to put in extra effort for everyone, not just one's they like. The pupils that are more capable are offered help and support when it should be equally and fairly distributed, if not even more for the lower abilities and extra needs. Age, capability, or even ethnicity should not matter when it comes to education. Children do not come to only play but also learn and the learning element should be emphasised for a better education. There are some positive, genuine staff who care about the children and their learning and wellbeing which is great, other staff should learn from this! Even one bad fruit can rot the other fruit which is why all should try and make a change as kids are our future! All children's learning matter.
