From a students eyes at GHS
The teaching is okay but I think it would be better to make lessons more fun, schools are mostly talking about mental health awareness and how to help with it but every day you sit at a gum covered desk listening to an adult for an hour, no wonder people want to talk in lessons, if we make the lesson's more appealing to students then i believe you could make a real difference. Why don't students have the right to go to the toilet when they want, GHS has become really strict about this and it baffled me why do teachers impose power by not letting us go to the toilet? Vapes. Vaping has become a problem all over schools especially when the year 10's do it in the year 7-8 toilets, why is vaping in a toilet more attractive to a student than learning in a classroom. Bullying me and my girlfriend have been abused by one girl since we started at GHS and the teachers have treated it like friendly teasing, I do not find the abuse delt with whatsoever every time we tell a teacher there's not even a detention given to her and the situation is getting out of hand.
