Nice school. Some of the teachers were kinda strict but most were really good. The equipment wasn't too great... there were always technical issues with the board and never had enough equipment for all the students. Maths and English were good because we only needed a book and a pencil or pen but art and science were a bit harder because the art supplies were always low or reserved for another class or something. The languages used to be good but then the French teacher retired so apparently they've got the class teachers 'learning as they teach' Spanish. I know for a fact that one o the students actually speaks Spanish, and when they correct the teacher, apparently, the teacher says that they're worng. I know that's a lot of negatives but now for the positives
○ most of the teachers are kind and friendly
○ their tolerance to bullying is none and (in the time that I was there) only had one incident
○ even if the equipment is low, I could really see the teachers trying to get more or apologise for real
○ they have a special place for autistic, struggling etc. children to go to any time in the school day
○ not too strict about homework - if a student forgets their homework once, usually the teacher will ask them to bring it in the next day, and only chase students up if they never do their homework
○ they have a large playground space, an arstro football pitch, a netball/basketball court and a climbing frame round the back.
○ recently had the lunch hall renovated (form a visit looks really cool and new!) And I know that the food has really improved since I used to go there
