absolutely horrible, honestly the teachers be yapping more than teaching and when they do teach you you're probably half dead and half sleeping. they be the kings of yip and yap and be saying ZERO things useful. they just be putting u on a computer to do random stuff like tt rockstars or some spanish website or something i dont know (its called language NUT, i be nutting more than this website) and when they do actually teach you you dont even know what to do cuz all they be doing is yapping. only good thing was forest school since i got a free s'more 🤑🤑🤑🤑
If your child has any form of eating disorders this is not the school for you. My child isn't allowed to bring their own food when she has a medical condition causing her to be fearful of food.no matter how much I tried to explain this I wasnt being heard and food they served kept being suggested which nothing was in my daughters safe foods. Just because the government say she's entitled to free school dinners doesn't mean she has to have them.but it was a harsh no. Plus no juice only water even at break time.they are given milk which isn't refrigerated in class. Coats and bag stored outside . Filthy looking classrooms that smelt like public toilets. Alot of money spent on teachers technology and nothing colourful and fun for kids, I was shocked to see very few soft toys that also looked unclean ,nothing felt organised and fun. When going to view year one ,which is where our child would of been starting, not one teacher approached us to say hello, all looked miserable and we're ignoring some children's naughty and dangerous behaviour. play area has a few wooden pallets cut up ,old car tyres, and a grubby sand pit. Plus a nervous looking rabbit being kept . Apparently one died which not surprised with the noise and kids hitting cage. I've never seen school rooms look so glum. The play school my child is in now is fun and full of things to do and see to inspire their minds and help them learn. Organised and most of all extremely friendly and approachable.
Not being able to send my child to furley park could now mean our job and we're we live are at risk due to travel time. When this school was a walk away and the reason why we moved here. I would like to see a big changes before we consider it again in a few year .
This is a genuine review since my child has started this school hates coming into this place
I myself have seen numerous kids crying before starting this school this is not normal and it should not be the case and needs addressing!! kids should go into school happy and proud of where they go.
ofsted report 2022 latest : needs improvement dam right it does !!teachers even the head teacher i feel are unaproachable, miserable, look through you no wonder you have kids crying at the gates
i agree with comments on here talk to you like you are a child mentioning no names standing at the gate
i regret signing up to this school and wish i went elsewhere
2023 i shall hopefully try and move to a happier friendlier school
