I love freman, the staff are phenomenal and i feel well prepared going into exams. They sort out bullying / problems extremely fast. However when it comes to mental health they dont prioritise it, to them exams and high grades and being in the top 5% of state school gcse grades is more important which does take a toll on many students it is also alot better for people who are smart and hard working if you are not like that then i feel you would struggle more overall great school and i love it
Freman College is a good school and is great if you are smart. The teachers are very friendly. They also help the not so smart people a lot. I feel very comfortable at Freman. However they do not offer any support to the students. If I was ever struggling a lot I would have no idea where and how to ask the school for help. They offer councilling but only to a minority of people. I think students mental health isnt being prioritised over good grades at the moment in Freman College.
I absolutely love it there, you can always talk to a teacher and as an openly gay transgender person I an accepted by all staff. They have gender neutral bathrooms which makes it easier for students who are not cis to fit in.
Teachers are nice for the most part aslong as you actually do well in the class. But I hated my time here, I only really enjoyed biology and seeing my friends occasionally. It'd probably be an alright school if you're able to do well in class all the time and have a good social group
Most of the teachers are lovely and they offer latin which I believe is a great benefit of a school. Masks are enforced even though there is little social distancing but the tutors are ever so kind and helpful.
