Not including the Primary Department, the management of this school is very good at brushing things under the carpet. The issue is the degree to which this is done when it comes to safeguarding, safety and the awful toxicity and way in which staff are treated. Large amounts of staff favouritism, bullying and outright discrimination are just some of the stories and direct reports circulating. They also don't like any neurodivergent staff and I've heard of brilliant and highly capable staff being pressured to resign or their working life made very unpleasant after they've either disclosed their neurodivergence or they're suspected of being neurodivergent. In any case, ask yourself if you really want your child in a school that excludes its neurodivergent staff this way. Not to mention the high level toxicity and high staff turn over. Bare in mind that all of this has got back to me as a parent. Avoid at all costs.
