This school has a very poor approach to neurodiversity. They operate strictly on a 'diagnosis' basis rather than a 'need' basis meaning that unless your child is diagnosed 'officially' then any neurodiverse behaviour is treated as a disciplinary matter. This is detail as official policy in their code of conduct. Given the length of time it takes to get a diagnosis, this approach seems unnecessarily harsh on the children.
