Don’t be fooled by the reputation of the school, seriously
Take the propaganda about this school with a large pinch of salt
This school has a high Ofsted rating but the experience of students and their families is at the other end of the spectrum. Academically, it is dismal. Some teachers are good, but none of them put any extra effort to support neither the bright kids nor the ones who struggle. Children who left the school have done better in their exams than brighter friends who stayed.
The school building is terrible, toilets disgusting and there is bad food at the end of very long queues. They care about punishing slight (minutes) delays in attendance and minor uniform issues more that what they should care about- a good education, pastoral care and a positive environment.
The headteacher is a (bad word starting with k) who lords over the kids his wealth (he once made the kids sit on the school field and watch him FLY his plane over the school as TREAT for them) and s a upstanding example of morals who had an affair with another married teacher.
The school trumpets that they are a 'world class school'. This may be one of those awards that companies use (?pay for) to big themselves up when noone else would based on their real achievements. The corporate PR is a both tragic and a priority at this school.
I deeply regret choosing this school for my child, who is now in a great school where the 'image' of the school is not what matters. Many of his friends have done the same. Ask about teacher turnover and pupil exit if you consider this school.

Disgusting use of a school
This school is outrageous. Allows for sixth formers to BULLY younger girls in the school, yet the head office allow for it. Teachers full of bullies and discriminate against autism. Do not send your children here…

Im severely upset to be here because some staff members are very rude (You'll know who they are instantly). I genuinely think my mum wants to fight some of them because they're that bad.

School review
They do not support you at all unless you are really cleaver they don’t care if you are not academically cleaver an will not help you to find the right path. They search they children without consent, and ask girls to pull there shirts tight to see if they are hiding anything in the bras. They do not clean the school. The toilets are not clean which they blame on the children but it is because they do not clean them. They are more concerned about what the students do in there spare time or on lunch then there actual learning an wellbeing.

If you are thinking of sending your kids here due to it’s outstanding ofsted from all the way back in 2013, I’m here to tell you this school DOES NOT DESERVE it’s reputation as outstanding I wouldn’t even say it’s on the level of good, the teachers are bad and makes constant questionable judgements about their students, and to some degree I would even say they pick on the nice and quiet students that won’t “rebel” against their orders like the bad one does judging from the situations I’ve heard from my child. The “wannabe” gangsters are everywhere plaguing the school and disrupting other students that actually wants to learn, seriously DO NOT PICK THIS SCHOOL IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO HAVE A GOOD ENVIRONMENT TO LEARN!
