Teachers are so rude and do not help with bullying, the receptionist tell you to go back to class for you feel ill and don't let you wear hoodies, nail polish or any make-up, not even mascara and you get yelled at for doing any minor thing.
They say they want students to be in on time but then shut the gates on their faces if you are even one minute late they make you wait outside the office and then you have a 25 minute detention. They also do not handle the use of slurs well AT ALL not ONCE has their been an assembly on Racism they also don't do anything for the lgbtq community at the school when it comes to pride month or students being homophobic or transphobic. They pretend to care about our mental health but don't do much to help students with anxiety or depression
decent school, the teachers do their jobs okay I suppose, tons of homophobia and transphobia from teachers AND students as they dont bother to try and educate us on anything lgbt+, bullying is overlooked by pretty much all the teachers, I personally was being bullied in a class where my teacher was watching it happen
out of the whole school there's maybe about 5 helpful teachers i know of, it really puts a kids confidence down when the adults around them won't even listen to what we have to say
Horrible. You get the odd teacher that cares about your mental health but that’s it. I set up several meeting to discuss this with teachers ie bulling, TOXIC ENVIRONMENT, and the occasional casual racism and homophobia. NOTHING was ever done. Not once. They sit by and let this happen. The people here are horrible, and I’m glad to be as far away as possible.
