They told us they reffered her to speech and language to find out from her family worker that they had not done so.
She was constantly coming home ill to which I found out from their ofsted that children were using potty with urine ect in them still and not being encouraged to wash hands.
We were accused of lying and not having our daughters medical needs at heart. Thankfully this was proved otherwise. If they actually communicated their worry to us, they would have realised otherwise, and we had letters, doctors notes and pictures to prove that.
I can not give an accurate grade on the indoor or outdoor setting of the nursery as we're never allowed to enter the nursery itself.
I would highly recommend avoiding this nursery at all costs. We have seen massive improvements in our child since joining her new nursery.
