I am a single parent who really wants to do my best for my child but I don't feel I get the support I need.
My daughter is in year 8 and I really want her to get the best experience and education from school. Unfortunately, the staff seem very unorganised, don't return calls and give out homework as and when... this is not good enough!
We cannot book any trips away during half term, as the exams are the first day back after half term... speaking of exams, we are still awaiting revision material.
I work in primary education myself and feel the organisation needs to have a restructure and the SLT are not doing a great job.
I am now looking to see if I can get a transfer to another school, which is going to be very hard for me to coordinate as I a single parent and may mean me driving her to a new school.
There are positive aspects of the school, but feel with some good direction this place could be a whole lot better.
I mean this school is like any other school, bully’s, teachers that don’t help ect
The teachers don’t deal with bullying enough to the extent that bully’s don’t want to do it anymore, the school isn’t too great with handling SEN students and the head of years and pastoral support managers don’t do anything to help you.
Absolutely crap school, don’t care about mental health, awful staff, bully’s everywhere you go and awful atmosphere would not recommend this school to anyone!!
I just don't like school because they don't seam to care about alot you can go up to them and say hi and they will be in a mood it dos my heading want to love so bad would not recommend the school to anyone!!!!
