This is such a great school. I love coming here and so do my friends. We do so many clubs and activities and the teachers are really nice. I don't think there are many girls schools in the area so I am glad Im at this one. I like being involved in activities in the school.
The food portions are terrible, they sometimes serve portions that a three year old would eat and for too much money. If you ask for more you get told no as there won't be enough in case anyone else wants some. They charge £3 for main meal and street food. Street food portions are generally not great. One example of the meals is a pizza slice for £3 which is not enough for a person to have for their full lunch. They do different sandwiches such as ham, cheese or tuna mayo in the Canteen for £1.50 which I think is slightly overpriced. A good day is a Friday and the students would love it if food every day was like a Friday. The only problem is that sometimes the portions are really big and sometimes they are too little such as two small chicken tenders and a handful of chips.
It would be nice if they gave out slightly bigger portions, if they did, iut would be worth £3.
The food tastes nice and there are no problems with that at all it's the portions you get that are a problem as they aren't enough and sometimes they are undercooked.
The school is bad
Do not come here
My daughter has felt threatened by some student
And ignored by so many Teacher (even pastoral leaders)
And as a black person she thinks it's racism because she tells me that some teachers ignore her and don't answer her questions or doesn't pick her to answer a question untill she is the last person
She tells me it also happens to her black friend as well
My child has had a terrible experience here the teachers were rude and students too .The teacher didnt help her when she had a problem and this school has effected her mental health .
A truly brilliant school to work for. Staff are caring to students and work well together. The school leaders listen to and act on feedback. Our students are brilliant and we are so proud of what they achieve. This school is a shining example of how an institution can engage with and benefit a local community.
This is a really great school - I have made so many friends and the teachers are really nice. I think the thing that makes me feel really happy here is that I can do to the teachers for help and they listen. Such a great school, I'm still here and I still love it.
It’s not that bad. I mean there could be some improvements with how they handle racism and friendship breakups, but overall they care. The headteacher is not nice. The other teachers are actually nice. There’s lots of clubs and subjects. That’s the reason it’s 4 stars.
Absolutely disgusting. School lies to get students in trouble, overpriced food, allows students to get away with racism, doesn’t clean especially regards to covid it’s unsanitary, doesn’t actually teach. Not to mention, the teachers are never in leaving the students with substitutes which are clueless on what they are doing allowing them a free period. Would not recommend.
It was okay. Most the teachers are alright but some teachers do bully the students. The lunch food is covered in oil and leaves massive puddles on the plates and the amount of food is tiny
