I recently had to pull both my children out of Dallam School, and I feel it's important to share our experience. Honestly, the management team seems pretty disorganized and doesn't appear to prioritize the students' wellbeing. There are serious safeguarding issues that made us feel uncomfortable about leaving our child there.
Additionally, there are significant bullying problems. It seemed like every week, we heard about more children being bullied, and despite raising concerns, the responses from the school were pretty disappointing. It honestly felt like they didn't care enough about the issues or the kids involved.
I’ve spoken with several other parents who have faced similar challenges, and many have also decided to transfer their children elsewhere. It’s frustrating to see so many kids struggling in a place that should be a safe environment for learning. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Dallam School if you’re looking for a supportive atmosphere for your children.
Doesn't care about students health very much, my friend was very stressed about school and all they did was get him to walk around a bit then sent him straight back to lesson.
The school don’t care about workplace bullying and the staffs mental health or health in general. I was sacked because I had 1 week off work as I was ill. It has left me with mental health issues.
