Doesn't care about students health very much, my friend was very stressed about school and all they did was get him to walk around a bit then sent him straight back to lesson.
Awful place to work
The school don’t care about workplace bullying and the staffs mental health or health in general. I was sacked because I had 1 week off work as I was ill. It has left me with mental health issues.

School couldn't care less about bullying and students mental health. I was effectively forced to leave because I was mentally ill.
