Good teachers, terrible cleaners.
I was caretaker there for 8 years. Put myself out to do whatever was needed. At the time teaching staff was excellent in my opinion too good for the school. The head eas a total waste of time. But my main problem was with the cleaning of the school. Utter Disgraceful and I still have photos and videos of how dirty it was.. I complained for years, seen Governors etc but nothing done I was told to do written complaint by one of governors who saw for themselves the state of school, but in the end they never even complained. I left myself as I had complaint taken out against me for bullying which was utter rubbish as was just to cover up fact they were no good at their job. They were backed up by nptcbc who supply cleaners they said it was acceptable.... Maybe for them but as far as I was concerned it was disgusting.. I never got any backup from school so I resigned I hope the cleaning standards have improved but I doubt it.... In other words school teachers great at their jobs, head useless cleaners were a Disgrace.
