I wouldn’t send my child here apparently they leave your kid alone with a member of staff who isn’t qualified they are DBS checked but not qualified. This is extremely unprofessional in my opinion what if your child was chocking and this member of staff didn’t know child first aid also I was told that they were left in the sports hall for half an hour on her own, games room for 20 minutes (while the manager was doing temperatures), the big a for half an hour (while the supervisor was just sitting behind the office desk) and also the baby room looking after a baby on her own for half an hour. And this person said that they felt scared as they were worried that something awful might happen. This is not right leaving a member of staff in this position the manager should be ashamed of themselves. This member of staff no longer works here now. She got fired for closing her eyes for literally two seconds but she wasn’t on her own there was another member of staff in the room but in my opinion she did nothing wrong. In my opinion the manager should of been fired not this person.
