City of wolverhampton college beauty theapy level 2
Not a good college to study beauty therapy course. The college is unorganised and I along with other students found myself filling in multiple forms. No one was wearing their uniform for a good 3 months properly ready for the September start, The worst managers I've ever seen. Complaints are not dealt with at all. They are not bothered about you. Here you are just a number not a student. How is this college even allowed to be run, it's very unprofessional. Tutors are trained not to talk about your complaint, which gives a very uncomfortable and bad impression to the student that this college does not care about you. You cannot do assessment properly without a tutor constantly interrupting you, telling you constantly you are wrong, once I was about to get the steamer ready and I couldn't because I had a tutor that kept interrupting my facial i was doing, they don't allow you to do, it's constant interrupting. I've witnessed students do worse then me, yet achieved good grades for assessment. It's a like or dislike relationship with tutors too. I'm very very happy I did not continue my complaint further or contact this college again, I am aware I could of taken this complaint further, but its not worth me, wasting my time, as ive had two bad experiences with this college, they are very uncaring. they made me feel unwelcome and so unhappy on this course. I do not recceommend to study beauty therapy here at City of the college. It's not a good college, they can change the building, and move to the new one, but unfortunately if they have the same staff, and same manager, this college will remain unsuccessful. I do not recommend to study at City of Wolverhampton College.
