What is with this staff members??
My son, *****, has been struggling with mental health since he was in yr4 due to loss. I’ve put him in with cahms and therapy, but it obviously didn’t work, now, I’ve contacted school numerous times, not one email back, no meetings, no nothing. I’ve gone into school back in January. They said it’s being dealt with. It’s been 9 months. Not one thing back. In my opinion, it’s disgusting and disappointing that there are young teenagers out there struggling and yet staff don’t bat an eye. My son had told me about the staff. He suffers with anxiety and depression. He had an anxiety attack and teacher said “don’t bother with him, he’s fine, and he’s faking it”, and would not let anybody near my son. Now, when I heard of this, I was outraged. Went to the school, they said “it’s out of our hands.” How?? Maybe sort out your staff and guidance councillors and it would be fine. 🙄
Seriously should be shut down.
My daughter came home earlier today. Said she was JUMPED by 12 girls and 1 boy. Not one teacher helped our came. Video evidence shows. Absolutely unexceptionable. This school has absolutely zero credibility whatsoever about “helping the students” and “supporting and protecting” them. Do. Better.

Cedar mount is one of the worst schools possible, the lack of education around the teachers to then go and try educate their students when they don't have the right education? The staff needs to be trained!!! This school needs to be updated!!!
Very irresponsible staff
My message to everyone associated with this school is to never let your mobile balance expire, always keep money in your pocket. Because in this school, in case of emergency, the ambulance is not called by staff, but the parents are called to come and take the child to the hospital, who are already shocked to hear this news. Whether the condition of the child is in danger or it is only seen who made the mistake! It is not their responsibility to first understand the need for seriousness , situation and call an ambulance. I am sorry that this has happened to us.
Child stitched more than 3 on his lips after a school fight but school staff didn’t called the ambulance, showed irresponsibility lake of training, professionalism and then parents took him to emergency after 3hours because of no balance in the phone to call anyone, and no money to pay a Taxi.

The skl is like so poor in education like tell me why there are substitutes takin over the skl like they we a future, gcse college and uni to got to .WHERES THE TEACHERS AT LIKE COME ON . The slt are so crazy over uniform it's not that deep it's not gonna effect my education if they don't tuck in my shirt😑. CMA IS BAD
This school doesn't care about their students. They accuse students of doing such things and punish them. When a student comes forward about something that happened to them, they don't resolve it. They basically say to move on.
CMA is a terrible school.
Cedar mount is an absolutely horrible school, They have useless rules such as: No coloured hair, no jewellery, no makeup, not allowed to wear coats inside even if it is freezing. I don't get how this affects their learning, Most lessons there are substitutes as the school cannot afford teachers and most staff there insult your children and shout in their faces threatening them with asu and detentions some staff need to understand that the children's wellbeings matter too and maybe the reason they are acting out because of the school and the school food has mold in it all the time. there was once rats and mice running around the school. Please do not intend on bringing your child to this school I am sure they will have a better education anywhere else. This school needs to be shut down.

This school is shit their always going on about diversity and being yourself but kids can't do anything to be themselves without getting in trouble the rules are weird like how is wearing jewelry gonna stop me from learning also the teachers shouting at you for NO REASON is tiring and then you get fined for not coming in when its legit draining us ruining our mental health and shit

Absolutely shocking. SLT are extremely rude. Accuse CHILDREN AND STAFF of lying about serious things and then go on to punish. I would not recommend sending your child there or working there for that matter. School needs a whole new staff team.

this school is very bad. they talk about diversity and learning to find yourself but as soo as u do something t express urself they have something negative to say and we get punished ( hair dye , piercings etc)
