My little brother comes home crying a couple times during the week saying stuff that his classmate bit him and kicked him in the leg

My parents have had meetings with the school and all they say is “oh we’re helping him to achieve his best” “don’t worry we will handle it” and then nothing is done
I don’t really know that much of what goes on in this school but from what my little brothers told me it must be super rough and horrendous
