this school was terrible, i do not recommend to go if you don’t want to be bullied by both students and teachers alike or if you have any learning disabilities because the staff who aren’t specifically taught how to deal with children like that do not understand how to handle it and have screamed at some autistic children who are clearly overstimulated that they are “acting like a toddler and throwing a temper tantrum” when they literally feel like they are suffocating.
I currently go to this school, and its good, but there are a few major setbacks. Yesterday, I was sick and hungry, but still went school, I hadn’t ate app day, from 6-3:10, Normally in the mornings I go to the canteen for breakfast, but it was closed for some reason, normally the school would email students to let them know if they had to eat at home, but they didn’t.
So i waited till break. I had a detention at break and got let out early to get food, but was denied. At this point, I was shaky for food, so at lunch i went canteen, and got screamed at by my Head of Year, for some reason i had another detention for not being at my break one, but I was? So i went, normally a Teacher comes and takes students from detention to the canteen and back to detention, but they didnt? At rhat point i walked out called my mum begging to let me come home, i felt weak and shaky, and sick. There has also been times teachers swore at me, grabbed me by my wrist of clothes and criticised me for “wearing my uniform wrong”.
