Bourne is an average school i would say but quite bad when it comes to bullying situations and alot of the teachers are not nice. Many of the male teachers have told young girls in the lower years to “roll down their skirts because their thighs make the male teachers uncomfortable” . I have been told this aswell and i should not have to walk around a “safe place” Such as a school worrying that my own teachers who are supposed to keep me safe are looking at me and thinking about me in abnormal ways. Its awful and i am only 14. The Other local scholls are not that bad as far as i know but please dont send your children to bourne.
My time at the bourne as the headteacher so commonly calls it has led to my mental health declining due to lack of encouregment as well as understanding for adhd and lgbtqia+ students
Was bullied and wasn't sorted.
Almost moved schools.
Did not care in my mental health.
Teacher called me stupid for being bullied and told me it was all my fault.
It was okay and got me good enough grades that I was happy with but I did not have the best of times with most teachers and students and didn't like going to school at all due to the facts that handling bullying was not good at all when I was there.
i went here but now go to a worse school and i thought this shock was bad. thinking both it this ain't the worst school there is way worse schools, like trust me.
