Please don’t put your kids through this genuine horror school
I go here and it’s horrible. I’m alternative, LGBT, and neurodivergent so I’ve truly seen the worst of this school. The teachers say they specialise in autism but they are horribly ignorant and the ones that have some knowledge don’t care. I’ve been called slurs, barked at in halls, and just harassed in general. Even without all that there’s problems here that every student can relate to, everything is bodily autonomy when girls walk around with short skirts showing everything but not when it’s someone with severe sensory issues adjusting their tie or someone taking of their blazer outside at lunch in roasting heat.
Supposed to be a centre for excellence with a specialist unit for autism. They are absolutely clueless and don't care. Do yourself a favour and find a different school.
What an appalling representation of education!!! My child who has just graduated from this establishment has been telling me multiple story's. For one you can't go in the rest room for your private business without one of those pesky little s1-s4 boys puffin on those vaporizer pens meanwhile asking you some outrageous questions such as and I quot, Would you like a suck? While also asking each other who has the biggest and best tasting sucky stick. OUTRAGEOUS!!!
From a school of this standards l, would expect better. The pesky little pupils can't stop talking about sucking on the flavoured love sticks... SLT get on this IMMEDIATELY
Discipline is a huge problem. Kidz rule the skool!! Severe bullying which is never addressed as they are scared it will give the school a bad name. Rates high in rankings because most kids need private tutors. Lots of extra curricular activities but there are very limited places.
