Aureus School

Worse school ever! A lot of violence and racism and even of this they try to makes you to see as a normal thing for teenagers. Staff are not cooperating and had teacher don’t know anything about what’s happening in the school and they even don’t try to sort out without an appointment.

you cannot get anymore mid than this school.

This is my (as a hsp) firsthand experience with the school before to leaving due to extreme bullying.
I'm about to turn 13 and I was on the top set of 7a, to shorten it before I entered the school system it took them... 6 months to register me which is very bad it has never taken that long to register someone, whilst that I was waiting I was doing homeschooling for a year , but let's speak about the school's state.... it's awful. There is gum all over the tables and they never clean it, the classes stink of food and the toilets are horrible, the locks are broken and I'm not sure if they've been fixed or not, and I've even seen a nazi symbol carved onto a chair, all the students are rather stupid for their age, and there was even a situation where a kid brought a knife into school and threatened to stab a girl, which I witnessed as the teachers tried to calm him down in the main corridor. To continue, another thing I saw is that Ofsted is almost useless; they go and it's as if they don't see all the horrible things, as if they're blind. Ofsted, respectfully go find competent people who care about doing their jobs properly. Now for the more serious,... bullying, the bullying is so horrible that one of my classmates had their head slammed against the wall by their own brother?? And I liked this girl in my class, and we were close friends, but she literally wounded me by stabbing me with a compass and a pen? I have literal scars, so I told my parents, and the cops had to go visit her and speak with her parents. Most students smoke there, and in general, this is the worst school I've ever been to. I've gone to horrible schools because I move around a lot, but this is by far the worst. The kids there even engage in cyberbullying, which I witnessed as well as other classmates. I had to leave the school because it was really destroying my health, and I now have social anxiety and puke up before going somewhere crowded, and the thought of returning to that school makes me nauseous. They forced me to seek counseling. The only good thing about the school is that some of the professors are nice and actually tried to help me.
the main point here is that don't send your children to this school unless you want them to suffer and that also homeschooling is far better than normal school

I was at this school through to Yr 9 Only because i went to UTC. I have a history at aureus i will admit but when it came to dealing things they was not great. I have been sexually assualted at this school and all the kid got was a 1 day suspension. Only a few good teachers/staff. Ive been in fights and ive been punished more for self defence then the kid starting the fight. Way too many fights, Poor Manangement for anything. Still think that the head of behavior should be sacked etc. Toilets have no locks or doors infact. Some have cameras for filming into the people going in the bathroom. Found it creepy to be honest. Overall dont send your kids here.
