As a former student, I wouldn't recommend going. My experience was horrible, so horrible that I didn't stay the whole year. I was in the school for most of year 4 but 8 of us were mixed with the year 3s because they didn't have enough room for us in year 4. They didn't handle bullying well and I was bullied The whole time. They also would shout at children for crying occasionally. I don't understand how you don't care about bullying but do care the moment a kid is a kid when hurt. Some of the staff were nice but most of them weren't. Don't even get me started on the fact that they cared more about their reputation than your mental health. They also didn't care about the students much, my friend snuck out of school at lunch and they didn't even realise for half an hour. We did this show thing and I auditioned I had to practically flirt with a teacher for it and it made me + the rest of the students that had to do it VERY uncomfortable. There's so much more I could talk about but you probably get the picture.
I was a student at this school and I have got to say that this school is poor as the staff do not care about your kids and will not stop bulling and the school was not good at handing people with ADHD or autism I left this school in 2019 so i do not think thing have changed
My child did not enjoy his time at this school. Although some of the teachers were well intentioned the quality of education and consequently results was undermined by the composite class system where different year groups are taught in the same classroom alongside each other. The leadership in this school in my opinion was also weak and bullying was not dealt with effectively.
