Average nursery and over priced - unhappy staff with poor management
Started as an excellent nursery. Recently significant staff changes and staff leaving. Staff seem uninterested and disengaged. There is a clear issue with communication and overall management. This could be attributed to so many carers leaving and overall level of happiness and job fulfilment. For the prices charged I would expect a higher level of care. Something needs to be done to make this nursery great again.
